ADU Rules in Bear, Delaware
Bear is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, located between Newark and Middletown. Zoning and building permits are managed by New Castle County, not a municipal government. ADU regulations are governed by the New Castle County Unified Development Code (UDC).
Permitted ADU Types
