Savannah currently identifies the 2024 IBC, IRC, IPC, IMC, IFGC, IFC and International Swimming Pool & Spa Code, the 2023 NEC, the 2015 IECC, NFPA 101 (2024) and other listed standards as applicable construction/life-safety codes. The City expressly incorporates Georgia amendments adopted through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
