Kansas City, Kansas Building Permits — Requirements & Process

K.S.A. 74-7038 provides that a public official enforcing a building code may not accept or approve covered technical submissions unless they are sealed, signed, and dated as required by Kansas law, or the applicant certifies that a specific statutory exception applies.
